Important update about vehicle finance agreements
From 30 May 2026 all active V12 Vehicle Finance agreements are owned by Alive No.2 Limited with servicing by Antelope Loans.
Following the sale of these finance agreements earlier this year, Alive No.2 Limited is now responsible for managing all active accounts. Secure Trust Bank retains responsibility for historic motor finance commission complaints and further details on this can be found below.

What this means for customers
Alive No.2 Limited has written to all customers with full details including how to get in touch. Key points to note:
- Finance agreements have not changed
- Terms and conditions remain the same
Customers should now deal directly with Antelope Loans for anything related to their account. V12 Vehicle Finance teams no longer have access to active account details and are unable to help with account related enquiries.
