    The Financial Ombudsman Service provides a free independent review service. We advise in the first instance that you discuss your complaint with V12 Vehicle Finance first, before you refer your complaint to the Ombudsman. We can provide details of how to contact the Ombudsman when we send you a response to your complaint.

  • What happens to a car loan, when someone dies?

    If the loan was taken out as a personal contract purchase (PCP) or hire purchase (HP), that debt remains payable even in the event of a death.

    At this difficult time, there are options available to the deceased family/next of kin; return the car or settle the outstanding balance - we can provide a settlement quote detailing the balance to be paid.
